Mr Carlton Hall and Carlton Hall Consulting LLC (CHC) partnership with CADCKE which was formalized on September 12th, 2017 is one we cherish considerably since it has given us reliable support whenever we find ourselves at the crossroads with any issue regarding coalition development and repositioning CADCKE for greater grounding, impact and performance. CADCKE’s relationship with Carton Hall and CHC is beneficial in multiple ways: funds mobilization, mentorship, and counsel towards achieving our vision and mission. Mr Carlton Hall started working in Kenya in 2010 when he first introduced Coalition development at the Kenyan Coastal Counties of Mombasa and Kwale before extending the same to Nairobi and Murang’a Counties in 2013. Later on, while working with CADCA he changed the paradigm of Coalition development in Kenya by entering into partnership with Government through its lead anti-drug agency the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) so that the community anti-drug coalitions can gain acceptance, influence and sustainability in Kenya. Mr Carlton Hall remains a committed partner to CADCKE and we have regular exchanges regarding community change efforts and opportunities CADCKE can use to grow its efforts. For more than five years now, Mr Carlton Hall has demonstrated professionalism, reliability, selflessness, commitment and dedication in delivering his promise of ensuring healthy and drug-free communities across the African Continent with a special focus on Kenya
